Synopsis:

Set in 1990s Japan, this socially conscious mystery follows detective Taira Shotaro as he pursues a murderer on the run, and as he investigates the suspect’s movements and the reason for the murder, he discovers a certain truth. When seemingly unrelated people are connected by a suspect who has been on the run for two years, an unexpected dark side of society is revealed.
