Synopsis:

In 1969, Colonel Kim Jin Pyeong returns to South Korea after serving in the Vietnam War, where he is respected by the military but struggles with internal trauma. When Kyung Woo Jin, eager to please, is assigned to work under him, Jin Pyeong meets Woo Jin’s wife, Jong Ga Heun, who moves in nearby. A dangerous obsession develops between Colonel Jin Pyeong and Ga Heun after a chance encounter involving a caged bird.
